1 Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind) CPA Section 44

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return goods purchased online within a cooling-off period, even if there is nothing wrong with them.

7-Day Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (less original shipping costs), provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included
  • All seals and tags are intact
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

2 Defective Goods CPA Section 56

Under the CPA's implied warranty of quality, you are entitled to return defective goods within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund.

What qualifies as defective? A product is considered defective if it:

  • Does not work as intended or advertised
  • Has a manufacturing fault or material defect
  • Is unsafe for its intended purpose
  • Does not match the description or sample provided

Important: Defects caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

3 Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Original Packaging

Item must be returned in its original box with all protective materials

Complete Contents

All accessories, cables, manuals, and bundled items must be included

Proof of Purchase

Order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt is required

Return Authorization

Contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

4 How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Receive RMA Number

We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.

Pack the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return

Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA). Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.

Inspection & Refund

Once received, we'll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6 Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

Credit/Debit Card

Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days. May take additional time to reflect on your statement.

EFT / Bank Transfer

Refunded directly to your bank account within 3-5 business days after approval.

Store Credit

Alternatively, you may opt for store credit which can be used on future purchases.

Tip: For defective items or errors on our part, we may arrange collection or provide a prepaid shipping label.

8 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the original
  • For faster processing, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order

9 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund (defective items may still be returned):

Software & Digital Products

License keys, downloaded software, or activated digital products

Custom/Configured Items

Products built or configured to your specifications

Opened Consumables

Ink cartridges, thermal paste, or other consumables once opened

Hygiene-Sensitive Items

Earbuds, headsets, or other personal audio devices once opened

10 IT Services Refund Policy

For our IT consulting, repair, and support services:

Quotes & Estimates

Free quotes are provided before any work begins. You must approve the quote in writing before we proceed.

Cancellation

Services may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.

Repair Warranty

All repairs come with a 30-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period, we'll fix it at no additional charge.
