How quickly can you come out?
For Jeffreys Bay, same-day visits are often possible if you contact us before noon. Humansdorp and St Francis Bay are typically next-day. We'll always confirm availability when you get in touch.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
Yes, we ask that an adult be present throughout the visit. This is for your security and peace of mind, and it allows us to walk you through what we've done when we finish.
What if you can't fix the problem on-site?
If the issue requires bench work (for example, a hardware fault that needs component replacement), we'll discuss the options with you. In some cases we can take the device back to our workshop and return it once repaired.
Do you charge if you can't fix the problem?
The call-out fee covers travel and time to assess the issue. If a problem can't be resolved on-site for reasons outside our control, you'll only be charged the minimum call-out fee — never for work not completed.
Can you help with smart TVs and streaming devices?
Yes. We regularly assist with smart TV setup, streaming app configuration, and getting devices like Chromecast, Apple TV, or Android TV sticks connected properly to your network.
Do you work on Apple Macs or only Windows?
Our primary expertise is with Windows PCs and laptops. We can assist with general Mac networking and peripheral setup, but deep macOS repairs are outside our current scope.
Can you set up security cameras (CCTV)?
We can assist with IP camera network integration — connecting cameras to your local network and setting up remote viewing apps.
How do I pay for the visit?
We accept cash, EFT, and card payments. Payment is due at the end of the visit. For larger jobs requiring parts, we may request a deposit upfront — this will always be discussed and agreed beforehand.
